Psychologist/Center Lead – Neurofeedback & Brain Mapping

We are looking for a Psychologist/Center Lead to manage and grow a neurofeedback and brain training center in Dubai. The role combines strong clinical expertise with center management, client consultation, and team leadership.

The successful candidate will conduct brain mapping and client consultations, interpret results, support the development of personalized neurofeedback programs, and guide clients throughout their journey. They will also oversee day-to-day center operations, lead and develop the team, manage client relationships, and contribute to business growth through a consultative approach to sales.

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Psychology or a related field

• Valid CDA License

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Mental Health

• Strong clinical and client-facing skills

• Excellent communication and consultative approach

• Ability to lead, coach, and manage a team

• Interest in neuroscience, brain health, and performance

• Neurofeedback experience is not mandatory; full training will be provided

• Willingness to take ownership of center operations and growth

• Based in Dubai
