Job Description

Responsibilities:

Attend office 6 days a week, full time duty corresponding to 8 hours daily (Sunday off) and ensure continuous monitoring of planning activities across all assigned projects.

Actively participate in weekly client meeting for FOC Phase 1A/1B projects and provide planning inputs, schedule updates, and recovery measures where required.

Update, monitor, and maintain project schedules for all ongoing projects, ensuring accurate progress tracking and reporting.

Prepare and maintain project dashboards, KPI reports, and progress updates, and circulate them to concerned stakeholders and management.

Attend planning workshop meeting with the Consultant and PMC teams to discuss current activities, upcoming milestones, constraints, and schedule-related concerns.

Coordinate with the QS and Technical Departments for required submissions, approvals, variations, and progress-related information while reporting critical issues to Project Management.

Prepare and update Variation Order (VO) programs and incorporate approved variations into the Master Program.

Prepare and submit Extension of Time (EOT) claims for delay events within the contractual timelines and maintain supporting schedule documentation.

Review and prepare monthly reports, progress presentations, and planning submissions for management and stakeholders.

Develop and monitor internal subcontractor programs, identify delays, assess impacts, and implement mitigation/recovery measures to maintain project objectives.

Obtain Baseline Approval within 20 days after releasing Rev.00 assessment.
