Position: Senior Technical Recruiter – MEP & Civil Maintenance

Location: India, Kochi
Experience: 15–20 Years Total Experience
Gulf Experience: Minimum 5–10 Years

Job Summary:
We are looking to hire a highly experienced Senior Technical Recruiter with strong expertise in MEP, Civil, and Maintenance recruitment for large construction and facility management projects. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in handling recruitment for major projects and should be familiar with Gulf recruitment processes and manpower requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles in MEP & Civil Maintenance projects.
• Source and recruit skilled professionals such as Engineers, Supervisors, Foremen, Technicians, and Skilled Workers.
• Coordinate with clients, project teams, and vendors to understand manpower requirements.
• Conduct technical screening and candidate assessments.
• Manage bulk recruitment drives, trade tests, and interviews.
• Handle recruitment for GCC countries (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, etc.).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 15–20 years of total experiences in technical recruitment.
• Minimum 5–10 years of Gulf recruitment experience.
• Strong knowledge of MEP, Civil, and Maintenance roles and trades.
• Experience handling large-scale manpower mobilization for construction or maintenance projects.
• Strong network with vendors, recruitment agencies, and candidate sources.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Background:

• Experience working with international manpower recruitment agencies.
• Experience recruiting for large construction, infrastructure, or facility maintenance projects in the Gulf.
