Job Description
Responsibilities:
Provide first-line help desk and general IT support to all users
Manage and support Microsoft Azure cloud environment (resources, monitoring, basic administration)
Deliver full Odoo ERP support across Finance, HR, and Procurement departments (troubleshooting, user assistance, module configuration, and basic customization)
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and application issues
Assist with IT operations, system maintenance, and documentation
Support end-users in all departments on Odoo-related processes
Required Skills
Minimum 2 years of relevant IT experience
Hands-on experience with Odoo (mandatory) – particularly in Finance, HR, and Procurement modules
Practical knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud management
Strong help desk and customer service skills
Solid background in general IT support (Windows, networking, Office 365, etc.)
Junior-level profile (2–4 years’ experience preferred)
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
