Responsibilities:
Contractor Badge Processing
Review contractors pass applications through the Contractor+ portal
Conduct initial checks to ensure all required documents are accurate and complete
Approve, reject, or request additional information as needed
Monitor application submissions and emails continuously, ensuring timely responses based on event requirements
Vehicle Access Pass Management
Review and validate vehicle access pass applications via the system
Ensure all supporting documents meet requirements before approval
Process approvals, rejections, or requests for clarification
Handle email queries and ensure timely communication with stakeholders
Reporting & Data Management
Generate and validate daily, weekly, and monthly reports from backend systems
Contractor access numbers per event
Vehicle movements from Al Warsan holding area
Revenue reports (real-time and periodic)
Prepare PPE sales and monthly revenue reports
Compliance & Inspection
Conduct random inspections within venues to verify contractor passes
Identify misuse or non-compliance and apply necessary penalties/fees
Ensure all access control procedures are followed
Training & System Support
Deliver Contractor+ system training to exhibitors, contractors, and internal teams
Provide guidance on application processes and requirements
Customer Support & Coordination
Act as a point of contact for contractors, exhibitors, and subcontractors
Handle calls and email queries efficiently
Provide accurate information and resolve issues promptly
Required Skills
High School Diploma or equivalent
2–4 years in administration, operations, or accreditation/access control roles
Experience in events, venue operations, or facilities management is preferred
Strong attention to detail and document verification skills
Good communication and customer handling skills
Proficiency in MS Office and system-based processing
Ability to handle high-volume applications under pressure
