Job Description

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all commissioning activities for offshore Oil & Gas facilities, ensuring alignment with project specifications and operational requirements.

Develop and implement commissioning strategies, procedures, and schedules in coordination with engineering and construction teams.

Coordinate pre-commissioning and commissioning activities to ensure systems are tested, validated, and ready for start-up.

Interface with the Client and key stakeholders to ensure compliance with ADNOC standards and project specifications.

Supervise commissioning teams and contractors during system testing and start-up phases.

Ensure all commissioning activities comply with HSE procedures and safety regulations.

Monitor commissioning progress and provide regular technical reports to project management and client representatives.

Identify and resolve technical issues during commissioning, ensuring efficient system handover to operations.

Required Skills

Engineering Degree.

15+ years of professional experience, mainly in offshore Oil & Gas projects.

Proven experience in construction management roles for offshore facilities.

Previous ADNOC project experience is required.

Strong leadership and coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams.
