Job Description

Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams involved in the FEED phase of offshore Oil & Gas projects.

Ensure all engineering deliverables are developed in compliance with project specifications, ADNOC standards, and international codes.

Interface with the Client and key stakeholders to ensure alignment on technical requirements and project objectives.

Manage engineering schedules, resources, and deliverables to meet project milestones and deadlines.

Supervise and review technical documentation, design packages, and engineering calculations.

Coordinate with procurement, construction, and project management teams to ensure technical consistency throughout the project lifecycle.

Identify technical risks and propose effective mitigation strategies.

Support project management in planning, reporting, and overall engineering coordination.

Required Skills

Engineering Degree.

15+ years of professional experience, mainly in offshore Oil & Gas projects.

Proven experience in Engineering Management roles during FEED or EPC phases.

Previous ADNOC project experience is required.

Strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
