Job Description
Responsibilities:
Assist customers in selecting mattresses, bedding products, and related accessories based on their needs and preferences.
Provide detailed product knowledge and explain features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
Maintain showroom standards, ensuring products are displayed neatly and attractively.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service in a professional manner.
Process sales transactions and ensure accurate documentation in the company system.
Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies.
Support showroom operations and assist in inventory checks when required.
Required Skills
Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience in the mattress, bedding, or furniture industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Target-driven with strong negotiation and closing skills.
Basic knowledge of POS systems and sales reporting.
Professional appearance and customer service attitude.
Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
